Much more useful for reading than the flexible page magnifier. It is rigid, so the magnification is constant. The fresnel lens is a bit coarse (2 lines per millimeter), but overall still makes reading easier. I'd prefer a half page size (8" by 5") with a finer pitch, but this is still good - better than moving a 4" diameter round magnifier left-right-left-right...

For the last year, I have not been able to read because of eye strains. I started using a small hand held magnifier, but it got to be very annoying having to constantly move my wrist. It took the fun out of reading. The page magnifier was the perfect choice since it covers the whole page and made it so much easier for me to read again.

I got this for an elderly relative who was using a magnifying glass to read. I don't know why regular eyeglasses weren't working, but this magnifying page works very well.

I gave this product a 4 star, instead of a 5, since it was my fault that I ended up with a product that didn't do the job. It was too big, wanted it to be the size of a paper back book page. It was my fault...not the fault of the product. Didn't realize it would be that big. "live and learn." It was delivered very promptly. Wouldn't hesitate to buy something else from this seller. Thank you.
