Fantastic. Dec 19, 2009

This is absolutely the best 20 bucks I've ever spent in my life. The little blade is deceptively sharp. I was manhandling it like I would my regular 8" chef's knife, and managed to cut into my hand. Two hours later, I noticed that I'd cut into my hand, because I stained a piece of paper red by accident. Also, the nonstick surface really works. It makes it so that onions you're chopping don't stick to the blade. If I could, I'd buy one for all my friends.
UPDATE: Exactly one year later, and this little guy is still going strong. I've never taken it to the store to be sharpened, and never used the steel on it (even though I know I should and I do for my larger knives). It's still very sharp. It's not as sharp as the day I bought it, but it took about a year to get to the level of "sharp, but not slice your finger open sharp". I'd say that's a pretty solid endorsement for this knife. I've bought the sharpener, so that I can have a sharp knife for the next year to come!

Absolutely love it. Feb 19, 2009

I was kind of skeptical when I got the knife as a gift, but when I started using it, I fell in love. This thing cut through a rutabaga like it was butter.

Sharp knife but still require sharpening periodically Sep 27, 2010
By Workout gal It cuts well but still requires periodical sharpening. I used it daily for about 2 wks and the knife started to show dullness. After sharpening by myself, it cuts well again. The knife is light but not flimsy as the other reviews stated. It is handy to take to outdoor activities such as picnic or barbarcue for food preparation.

I got this knife for Christmas and didn't take it out for weeks. When friend pulled it out and started using it, I was amazed by it's capabilites. It is now my go-to knife for everything. I love it so much I bought another one as a gift for my sister.

Great--handle's a little short for some people Jul 28, 2009
By Kitchens and Chemistry Very very sharp knife--as in, sliced off some of my skin and didn't realize for several seconds! ;) My husband says that it's hard for him to use, though, because the handle's shorter than he'd like it to be. I've never noticed, and I would say I have fairly average sized hands.
